Great place to live . It's quiet

Great place to live compared to other apartments in the area. Traffic can get loud on Hill Road, but overall it’s tolerable for the location, price, and features. The manger is responsive and helpful. Have lived here for about 8 months now

If I could give it a 0 star I would , these apartments for one don’t answer their phones or emails if it meant their life . Second , when I try to call and correct my income so I can be approved for an apartment, they just keep bringing up the fact I didn’t put the correct income instead of taking my new income. This is what happens when you let miserable people run your professional real estate business. Highly wouldn’t recommend living here just because of the tenant service they provide , and from all the other reviews , I’m glad I didn’t move in

The lady in charge of managing doesn’t have the best policy. She asked what I preferred once my application was approved and when I told her she didn’t get back to me then when she finally got back she said I was competing with 3 other people and whoever got the check to her first got the apartment. Honestly seemed very unprofessional to approve someone and then be like oh first come first serve like why did you approve all of us if you only had one available. Then tried contacting her to sit with her and chat for the next available apartment and she never responded with her availability to set something up.

Like another posted on here, when we moved in. Blue tape still everywhere. Un even cuts on floor boards. The glass shower set up, waters constantly leaks. And these apartments are the most expensive ones currently in Mac, and they don't even have assigned parking. Everyday is a constant struggle trying to find parking. The "manager" never replies to voice mails or is in the office. I called River City Real Estate, because they are the ones who own these apartments. And they were rude and annoyed that I even called when I asked if they had plans for assigned parking, which they laughed at and said no. They also have bad reviews on google. This is what happens when a Portland company comes in and does business in a smaller town like McMinnville.
