Evans Crossing Apartments

Considered living here. Ended up in a different place. It was probably for the best I didn't live here.

The manager (Maria) is such a kindhearted yet still very professional person! She really made the time living there much more enjoyable than I feel my husband and I would have had anywhere else. She gave us all resources possible when we struggled with a horrible roommate situation, and helped so much! Once my husband and I are financially stable enough again to move out again, we will 100% be wanting to move back into these nice apartments! Evans Crossing apartments are very clean, roomy, and the people that live here are very kind and welcoming. We made a good acquittance with our (now old) upstairs neighbor. 10/10 definitely recommend these apartments!

Cons- Too expensive, No parking and spaces are too narrow- Rent increasing. Low quality apartment interior and incorrect interior construction. Low quality appliances, Sub par management not helpful/refused to fix or replace the dishwasher that doesn't work. Pros+ Month to month

If I could rate this place with no stars I would. Manager is the worst no wonder why every one is starting to move out. I am posting this as a tenant but doing it under another account do to the fear she will find away to take our security deposit. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!

Maria made the move-in process very easy. She’s very friendly and responsive. I would recommend Evans Crossing to anybody looking for a nice apartment complex.
