I had the pleasure of having Mr Baker appraise my home for the purpose of refinancing my loan. Mr Baker was very thorough, unlike other appraisers that I have dealt with in the past. He was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out several things that I needed to address in order to comply with my FHA loan. Positive attitude, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Very professional. Honest and was very efficient. Had appraisers before come and was rude, very overpriced and didn't seem to know what they were doing. Paul, with his assistant who was the photographer, were quick, thorough and very polite. Would definitely recommend.
