It has been the best experience my wife and I have ever had since moving to the United States of America. This is the first place we have lived where we have the joy and pleasure of enjoying the community. The office and meeting space is much better than many paid commercial buildings. The gym is incredibly complete for anyone who has a high-level physical training regimen but is not an athlete. I also want to make a statement about the excellence and efficiency of the staff at the leasing office, maintenance, and clerk officer who are always ready and willing to assist us and solve any problem. Congratulations to Aaron who made our application easy and smooth, and to Kate who finalized the signatures on the leasing contract when we were having difficulties doing it through the website.
If you’re looking for a place that charges you for simply existing on the property, then this might be the place for you. Residents are charged to park, charged for visitor parking, and constantly told how and where they can park. Policies seem to change without much notice — for example, visitors were initially allowed to park on the 5th floor for free, and now they can park anywhere, as long as they pay. There are also unexpected mandates and additional charges, even for things like a refrigerator filter. Resident convenience feels like the lowest priority. At times, it feels less like a community and more like a place with constant restrictions. To be fair, this is not a reflection of the on-site team. The local staff is professional and courteous, and it’s clear many of these decisi
can’t say enough great things about The Grand at Bainbridge in Orlando. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience has been absolutely top tier. The property is beautiful, clean, and incredibly well maintained. You can tell management genuinely cares about the residents and the overall atmosphere of the community. What really stood out to me was the leasing team. They go above and beyond. Every question was answered thoroughly, every detail was explained clearly, and the entire process felt smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that’s both professional and genuinely welcoming. Aaron especially deserves recognition. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He made the entire leasing process feel effortless. His communication was prompt and clear, and
This apartment needs improvement. The gym and lobby are great. However, the living conditions can be improved if they are considered a “luxury apartment”. You can hear every car passing by and it doesn’t help that there is a dealership across the street. Most of the time, you’ll hear motorcycles passing by during different times of the day and night. The walls are super thin, meaning you can hear your neighbors television. Also, the front office was very nice and helpful when I first moved in but that changed after. Whenever you make requests or ask for maintenance, they will treat you like an inconvenience. If you don’t plan on renewing your lease, you will most likely get charged a random incidental fee so be sure to double check everything with them before leaving. I didn’t want to leav
The complex is beautiful but there aren't accommodations for disabled people in a wheelchair. I'm coming home from the hospital and can't push the heavy garage doors open and there aren't any automatic wheelchair buttons that can open the door. On another note the dog park and entire complex has dog feces everywhere because people are lazy and when it floods it spreads feces to the surrounding sidewalks and grass. My service dog recently passed away after getting an infection despite her being on preventative medication and having at least 4 more years to live. There aren't cameras near the dog park so people aren't held responsible for not picking up after their pets.
