My apartment has rat infestation. Every night for the past 10days I’ve been hearing aggressive rattling in my house. I walked into my living room spotting between 4-5 rats in my house. One was on the trap and the others fled behind the washer machine. It’s been a total of 10 days and no one from maintenance has came to see where the rats are coming from. The exterminator has put traps down but that is not going to solve the issue. I sent an email and was completely ignored. My unit also is infested with roaches. Will not be staying here!!!!!!

You will not received mail if you live here..they do not properly register with USPS and do not care at all. This has caused serious delays in receiving important packages and my daily mail, and having to take time out of my day to deal with issues that shouldn't even be occurring. At this point I will have to handle things my own way, do not rent with these people.

I moved into the 945-950 southern avenue se apartments only 3 months ago. I’ve had problems since the day i moved in. From the noisy neighbors, to the crackheads that like to steal packages. Leaking radiators that consistently leak causing the floors to flood. The buildings are INFESTED with MICE AND ROACHES and before yall say “their house might be dirty” I’ve had 2 different pest control companies come out and say I’m not the issue/ it’s not me. It’s a building issue. The maintenance sucks! As you can see my tub is peeling like paper. THE WATER IS BROWN. The dumpsters outside and constantly overflowing with trash! People in the building constantly throw trash outside of their windows. nothing is caulked inside of the units which means there are openings everywhere making it easy access f

Incompetent, consistently haven't been able to receive mail to my apartment, sometimes over a month without receiving mail, after this third occurrence I contact them again and they are acting like it is my problem..their excuse is "USPS keeps losing the key", I talk to USPS and they say it is on the landlord to keep a key provided, this is ridiculous, mail is important for my business and it is now costing me money. Please rent elsewhere unprofessional.

They are not good at communicating with there residents. They never answer the phone in the office and when they do they have attitudes. I have been dealing with mice since winter of 2020 and every time the weather change its always something with my heat or air. They only promptly respond to request made if there is or was and inspection. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO LEASE A UNIT THROUGH THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
