Bailey Farm

I absolutely love living at Bailey Farm Apartments! It’s such a warm, welcoming, and pet-friendly community — my neighbors (and their pets!) make it feel like home. The leasing and maintenance staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, which makes such a difference day to day. I also really appreciate the variety of fun community events they host each month; it’s a great way to meet people and stay connected. The property is always well-kept, safe, and inviting, and it truly feels like the team here cares about making Bailey Farm a wonderful place to live.

This neighborhood has been my absolute favorite place to live by far! It’s so quaint and well-kept, not to mention the management team is so sweet! They constantly plan thoughtful community events to bring everyone together and their community coordinators Makayla and Jeremy never hesitate to reach out and lend a hand when needed. I recommend this spot to all my friends and coworkers who are searching for new housing! 10/10!

I truly LOVE living at this apartment community! The amenities are incredible — the pool, gym, and cabana with grills are always clean and well maintained and make it feel like a resort. They also have a fire pit which is nice to utilize in the summer time! The dog park is a huge plus, and there is always plenty of parking. The maintenance team is AMAZING and always responds quickly. The office ladies are hands down the best — so friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. They made our lease transfer completely hassle-free when we upgraded to a bigger unit to make room for our new baby, and that meant so much to us during an already busy time. This is a great apartment community. Units are clean and well maintained, quiet area with lots of nature and little noise. Parking is easy which is amazing! The maintenance staff is so helpful and quick to respond when needed. The office staff is SO friendly and helpful, everyone makes it feel like such a tight knit community. They host monthly events which are fun and community oriented. Overall, I have enjoyed living here and have all good things to say about my experience! :)

They charged us a professional cleaning fee in addition to carpet cleaning, which was very disappointing. Their only response was that the lease allows them to charge if the apartment is not left in the same condition as when we moved in. However, we contacted them before moving out to clarify the cleaning expectations and were told that only carpet cleaning was required and that we could clean the rest ourselves. We followed those instructions and deep cleaned the entire apartment. We left it cleaner and in better condition than when we moved in. We also have photos to prove it.
