I rarely write reviews, but in the case of Babcock Associates and George Wilson and his exceptional team, I felt a shoutout was in order. I recently moved, after 16 years in a former location. An online listing for an apartment in the area caught my attention. The property was managed by Babcock Associates. I followed up and was stunned by the professionalism and the overall customer care I encountered from the application through the move-in process. From Carolee, Diana and Alfonso, to the overall assistance I received from George Wilson, the entire experience exceed my expectations. I recommend them highly.

We lived in that apartment from 2016 until last month before we moved to another state. We loved our apartment, and the management staff were friendly and responsive whenever we contacted them about minor issues. It is located in a lovely neighborhood with fresh ocean air and plenty of light, and it is conveniently close to schools, an extensive library, grocery stores, and a coffee shop. Everything is within walking distance. We felt safe because the police department was in front of our apartment. The apartment is also close to a natural area. We miss our unit. My child is asking if we can return and stay there again. We love our apartment! George, the supervisor of the management team, is a personable individual who demonstrates genuine concern for all the tenants under his care.

George from Babcock Associates has been assisting us through the entire process. From the open house to the application process and on. He is very communicative, responsive, timely, and very very kind. My partner and I feel comfortable reaching out to George with any questions and concerns and he always kindly responds to us and solves the issues. I am so glad he works for this management company!
