Absolutely the worst living experience I’ve ever had. I’ve rented in multiple places, and this is by far the most frustrating and unprofessional property I’ve ever dealt with. Management never responds, and you literally have to reach out ten or twenty times before anything gets fixed…if it ever does. Communication is nonexistent. I was told the garage spot would be $75 a month, and a few months later I noticed I was being charged $150. When I asked about it, they flat out denied ever saying $75, even though that’s exactly what I was told when I signed up. I kept paying because I needed the parking, but it always left a bad taste in my mouth. To make things worse, my car just disappeared from the garage with no notice, no email, no call nothing. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years in 2 different apartments. I have seen the building transition ownership from Saturday Properties to TI Communities. That shift made a huge improvement in the living experience here. Every staff member goes above and beyond for the residents. They take time to get to know the residents and their care for folks is evident. Many of the staff live or have lived in one or more TI Communities Properties which helps makes it feel like they are even more invested in seeing our building and its residents thrive. This management company is significantly different than other management companies that I’ve experienced here or elsewhere. They have a big focus on building community among residents and staff. I’ve lived here for over a year and a half. The fire alarm went off on my first night living here which didn’t get disabled for about 30 minutes. It has gone off about four other occasions that I was home for at all odd hours of the night. They down sweep the garage but they do have a garbage they take care of. The cleaning crew does a good job trying to keep the community space clean but residents have allowed their dog to pee in the elevator and poop in the hallway. They also leave their trash and recycling inside the trash shoot doors. I have had my door lock batteries changed twice in 48 hours and have been locked out two nights in a row. They don’t have maintenance on sight and I’ve had to wait for the only maintenance guy they have for an hour. They also won’t send you an email or a

I am posting this again to spread awareness and protect others — especially women. When I first moved in, the building was safe. Clean, secure, cameras, respectful staff. Everything changed when new management took over. The staff are very friendly and always quick to assist. The location has easy access to everything!! I really like the fact the complex does events every month for residents to get to know their neighbors!
