DON'T RENT FROM B&H REALTY I found out what greed really is I went to court today and the owner lied so bad the judge couldn't understand stand what was going on she gave fake paperwork to the courts about the hope program she claim I owe 1818 in fee then she went to 1344 how she couldn't say what I owed that much money for then she say my lease ends for no reason then she try to say I owe her October and March rent I had paperwork for all that and my hope program lease she ended my lease after I got help the crazy part is I asked them can I sign up for the hope program and they told me yes then the greed came out she I haven't paid rent I told her the hope program help me and the months that the hope program didn't pay I paid my rent she wanted me to pay rent and she get the hope progra

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT even think of using this company. They were extremely rude and indifferent to a veteran and his deaf wife who lost everything in a fire and need housing. These people flat out suck.
