I’ve been in an apartment managed by B&B for ~15 months, with Jennifer as my point of contact, and have had a terrific experience so far. Jennifer is very responsive to requests, quick to help, and incredibly understanding. I signed a 12 month lease, and right around the 12 month mark was told that I was going to be moving to a different location for work, but was not given a timeline. Jennifer was great about letting me extend my lease in small increments, and very flexible when I ended up having leave without much notice, well before when I had previously asked to extend the lease to. I have not yet moved out, though considering that the apartment is still in great shape and with how kind and understanding Jennifer has been so far, I cannot imagine there will be any issues there either
