Azure on the Park

I just moved into Azure on the Park and I'm absolutely loving it! The location in perfect, but all that the leisure that the place offers makes you not want to go out. Amazing views, pool and hang out spaces. The staff has been top-notch - the concierge team is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is prompt and efficient. But what really made my experience stand out was Albert, the leasing manager. He walked us through every step of the move-in process with such grace and patience. I felt so welcome and supported throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend Azure on the Park. I'm so excited to make this place my home!

I feel very lucky to have landed at Azure on the Park. I've lived here for a year, and my summary is: it's a great building in a really excellent location, and is well maintained with good staff. It's been an excellent place to call home. My unit has been comfortable. All the appliances are good, including the washer dryer. When I had my washing machine break early in my lease, they gave me a key to use the washing machine in a nearby unit for a week while they replaced it. The building has Google Fiber which has been great, and it was *amazing* to have internet set up within less than 2 minutes, no waiting for an appointment. I never leave reviews, but I felt compelled to leave this review. I have been living at Azure for almost a year now and I have no complaints. In Atlanta there are so many places to choose from and at face value you really can't be too sure but Azure has been wonderful. I have to give a very special Thank You to Officer Lee as well. She has been wonderful and always so friendly! Thank you Azure!

What can I say... Azure on the Park is the best location in Midtown and has the best staff in the city. My girlfriend and I recently moved in and the experience has been top notch. We worked with Albert Mathis in the leasing office and he could not have been more helpful, informative, pleasant, personable and polite. He got us approved quickly and made the whole process painless. He is a huge part of the reason we ended up choosing Azure. The building's amenities are spectacular and our views are fantastic. In our time living here, Albert has continued to be a friend and source of information and we can't thank him enough. In previous years, this building was consistently a very pleasant place to live. However, under the new management, the overall experience has become unsatisfactory. The rules appear to be enforced selectively, applying to some residents but not to others, and there is a clear lack of communication and dialogue between management and residents. For these reasons, I would recommend considering another property.
