Azure Apartment Homes

I have been living in this complex for about one year now. Compared to every other apartment I have lived in (or heard stories about) this one is top rated in my book. Not only are the apartments beautiful, but they are super pet friendly, have access to tons of amenities, and are right next to a gorgeous park. AND to top it off, the staff are incredible - reliable, fast, and great at communication and community encouragement. We decided to upgrade and after price shopping and touring a few other places, we will be moving into a bigger unit in the same complex. We love Azure!!

I have lived at Azure for one year now, and it has been a very good experience. The apartments are beautiful, easily stay warm in the winter, and really block out any outside noise (if there is even any...I wouldn't know cause I can't here it!) The office staff are incredibly professional and kind, always willing to help any way they can. Specifically, I would be amiss if I didn't give a shot out to Daniel. One day I was caring some boxes from the mail lockers to my car. Daniel must have saw me through his office window, and he came running out to open my car trunk!!! My mind was blown. Highly Recommended: Exceptional Viewing Experience at Azure. I recently had the pleasure of viewing an apartment at Azure this past weekend, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. My tour was conducted by Daniel, who was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the community. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and pointed out features that were truly relevant to my needs. The apartments themselves were stunning. I was particularly impressed by the Town Homes and how spaciousness they are. The entire property felt quiet, clean, and secure. It's clear that the management takes great pride in maintaining a high quality of living for their residents.

I moved to Azure from Orange County last month and I had such a great experience with the entire leasing team. I dropped by without an appointment but Dan made the time to show me a home anyways. Chris showed me the place a second time when I came back again for measurements, also without an appointment. Wendy went out of her way to help me get the apartment I wanted and I am very grateful. Highly recommend!

This apartment community truly feels like home. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The property is clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, and the neighbors are respectful and kind. The location in Petaluma is fantastic, close to everything while still feeling calm and residential. I’m very happy here and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place they can truly enjoy living.
