Oh My This Apartment needs new management for upgrades this so sad humans are living like this especially knowing Augusta is known for the golf tournaments please let’s rebuild our city

Stay away!! Wish i could give 0 stars Went there for a tour today it was a complete waste of time!! I had a tour at 1pm no one was there in the office to even give the tour! I was there less then 30 minutes! A resident that had been there 2 years was dropping off her move out notice and she told me DONT MOVE HERE!! She also said the neighborhood is unsafe abc Have hope for something else, all the reviews are true they don’t Take the time to even clean the grounds upon entering the first thing I saw was a shopping cart in the middle of a pot hole. About half of the neighborhood is condemned and abominated in the 30 minutes I was there the cops where called a man was outside throwing vases and his clothing near his neighbors vehicles. Even tho I didn’t get a tour I saw all I needed to see to

I've been out here for 2 months now. And it's never a quite time out here. People stay outside all day and night and ridiculous loud. The parking lots be trashed. The security gates doesn't work the pool is never opened. The maintenance man never comes out when suppose too. These apartments aren't worth the price they want for it. I'm so ready to find another place to live.

I've been out here since January 2014 and trust me I would not EVER recommend anyone to move here. I'm in the process of moving. Management is awful and only care about rent money on time, you never see maintenance, the pool has never been opened since I've been here but security(not certified) says he doesn't open it because the kids don't know how to act, the gate was put up with no intention of being locked, rent increase without knowledge until they post a letter on your door...I could go on and on but I would not welcome my worst enemy to live here.
