they have a crazy High HOA fee of 120 dollars! being that they have 147 properties paying that, do the math. 147*120=17,640 dollars A PER MONTH! to a single house, the 110 to 120 a month might appear small, but they are not adding up what that would be for the WHOLE neighborhood. THERE IS ZERO WAY that those people are not being ripped off. They need an Audit. SOMEONE is living it up in Hawaii somewhere. NO level of maint. can equate 17.6k a MONTH. thats $211,680 a year. Is the place falling apart? With THAT level of income they could actually Purchase and Rent out their OWN homes! they could LITERALLY pay nearly a DOCTOR 's SALARY with that.
