Ayana Blu Apartments

Management company is from NYC area they have many code enforcement violations from cutting down established trees, potholes 3 feet deep, massive amounts of trash and garbage around the area and dumpsters. Roaches and rats everywhere. Towing cars for no reason. Charging massive amounts for deposits, apartments, pet and cable fees. Office doesn't know what the hell they are doing by locking access to office, not answering phone and maintenance issues. Black mold in many apartments, code and city violations are often. No one wants to live here only because they can't afford to move away, and we live in a miserable and unsafe environment. The sidewalks are cracked and uneven causing trips and falls to all. I have been leaving in Ayana Blu for more than 20 years and have seen several companies buy them out. But they finally have a nice company working for the community. Ines the leasing lady in the office is always so helpful and with a smile. The staff is always around and I see them do there best. Already renewed my lease.

I had the privilege of meeting the new Property Manager, Karyn Almonte today. Not only was she professional but was extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and displayed excellent communication and customer service skills. Every question my mother asked her was answered and answered with reassurance. Great manager with a goal minded attitude and approach to the betterment of this establishment. The front desk clerk, Emiliano Sarazola was good too.

We are moving to Ayana Blu apartments August 2025 . They are top notch excellent with every from paperwork, building maintenance, cleaning , pool . The office staff Jorden & Sherricca are professional, friendly they helped with everything. Brenda the office manager was outstanding help us go through application process, very attractive to our needs ! Moonbeam,Billy & Kona

Kudos to AJ - This was not an easy fix and AJ did a great job of correcting it in lieu of a plumber, which would have probably been of great exprense. Thank you again
