I was relocating from Salt Lake City to Ashland, Oregon, and my experience with Ayala Properties was seamless from start to finish. Claudia, the leasing agent was incredibly professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Since I wasn’t in town, she went above and beyond to coordinate virtual tours with my sister, answer all my questions, and ensure everything was secured before I even arrived. She made the leasing process smooth, efficient, and stress-free, which was such a relief during a big move. My dogs and I really enjoyed our Ashland apartment as it had amazing views from the balcony and nice Italian restaurant below.

651 Fair Oaks (Ayala Properties) is a modern apartment complex with varied 1&2 bedroom layouts. We had a 2 bedroom with full balcony with an amazing view south to the Siskyou mountains. Management is a class act and the maintenance man was prompt, reliable and personable. The neighborhood is a quiet (mostly retired) setting that is immaculately maintained. A bike (electric recommended) ride is just a 10 minute ride to the Historic & quaint downtown. Outside circumstances had us move or I’m sure Fair Oaks would have been our home for a long time.

i worked with ayla contracting for my porch, and it was great. they did awesome work, making my porches look amazing. i really liked their professionalism and how they paid attention to everything. i give them 5 stars. totally recommend!

We rented with Ayala properties in the middle of Covid while travel nursing. Ms. Claudia was very helpful getting my setup and made the whole process easy. Ms. Claudia and her maintenance man John was the absolute best. They responded quickly everytime.

Lived in the Meadowwood condos rented by Claudia for a little over two years- property was well kept by incredibly kind landscapers and others. Claudia was an amazing landlord and was super quick to respond to my questions and maintenance needs. I honestly had the best experience with Ayala Properties
