Axiom Apartments

D’Onjila is such a great property manager! She’s always friendly, professional, and really cares about keeping the place looking nice. Every morning when I’m leaving for work, I always see her outside watering the grass and making sure the front of the property looks beautiful. It really shows she takes pride in what she does. You can tell she truly wants residents to feel good about where they live.

Update: the new property manager was able to quickly help and remedy the improvements in my unit. I appreciate the quick turnaround and service. D’Onjila helped me in the move in process and worked on my application in a timely manner. She is quick to respond and goes above and beyond for her residents. The units are well kept and the property has some nice amenities.

When I went to tour and apply for this property D’Onjila The property manager was amazing and very knowledgeable about everything. She answered every question that I had and any concerns She made me very comfortable and confident in applying and wanting to live here. Upon the tour, I noticed that the grounds were very well kept and going in and out the department of the breezeways were very clean, well kept they just looked great and when I found out that she does the grounds, the breezeways everything herself I was in shock because there’s no way one person can do all that and keep it up so great. I really love that. She is hands-on and no everyone by name who lives in the community. I am very excited to live here and the plans that she has to keep her community happy I’m very excited to

I first found the complex in a Reddit thread while searching for an affordable, safe, and clean place closer to downtown. After seeing consistently good reviews across multiple platforms, I reached out—and I’m so glad I did. From the very first interaction, the responsiveness and professionalism stood out. My inquiry was answered quickly, and although my tour was initially scheduled a few weeks out, they were kind enough to accommodate my excitement and fit me in sooner. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by D’Onjila, the property manager (and, I’ve since learned, someone who wears about a dozen other hats with grace and efficiency). She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient with my many ques

D’Onjila was very efficient and great with processing my transfer unit request. Within a week of the request, I was already out of my old unit and into my new unit. She got me into the unit about 3 weeks before the original date told to me. I have lived here for 5 and a half years and this was my first time working with her since she’s arrived and it was a great experience !
