Very dirty common areas, poorly designed layout, continually overflowing dumpsters, and abysmal parking. Office staff is helpful and maintenance staff is quick, so long as they’re capable of fixing the issue (they never did fix our broken blinds). The apartment itself was nice as is the gym. They do tack on a lot of fees on top of the rent for parking, “amenity fees”, pest control, trash valet, etc The biggest issue was the charges associated with moving out. In addition to cleaning and carpet cleaning, we were charged $385 for “painting” (we had a dozen or so nail holes which we filled and just needed touch up paint) We made several attempts to contact the billing department to dispute the charges, but no one ever answered the phone. We ended up paying an additional $90 on top of the $500
My experience here was fine. I liked my personal apartment because I was on the top floor and on an end which reduced neighbor noise and allowed a lot of natural light in due to big windows and tall ceilings. They were also fairly quick with responding to maintenance requests which I really appreciated. That being said, be aware that you will most likely not receive your deposit back at the end, and plan to “owe” them money. I was charged exorbitant amounts of money upon moving out for unnecessary “fixing”- like an entire repaint of the apartment- despite having taken really good care of my place. They used my whole deposit and still charged more afterwards. Their billing department is also very difficult to get ahold of, never answering their phones, when I tried contacting them multiple
Awful! This place is terrible to live in. By the third day of moving in, I knew it wasn't going to be good. I've finally finished this nightmare. Internet was supposedly included in the contract, but they sent me to talk to the server to sort out the fact that I didn't even have a router. Then, miraculously, they delivered one two days later. People were smoking marijuana in the hallways of my apartment, and the smell permeated the air. I reported the noise to management, but nothing was ever done about it. The rental costs are very different from what they initially quote, and you end up signing over $300 more than what they originally offered. Parking is limited, so you can't invite family over because they won't have anywhere to park, or their car will get towed (they're quick about tha
Very disappointing place to live. I’ve been here 2 1/2 years and can’t believe I’ve stayed this long. Final straw was having my truck towed from my reserved parking stall because my tags had expired the week before. $500 impound fee. Towing company got permission from the property manager. This is after paying $3k a month for 2 1/2 years and never having a complaint against us or being late on rent. Great way to treat your customers.
If I could give it zero stars, I would. It's a place with terribly noisy and dirty neighbors; it doesn't feel safe at all. Parking is limited, so you can't have anyone over and park without your car being towed. The smell of drugs in the hallways is alarming, but management doesn't seem to care. The hallways, elevator, and common areas are disgusting. They charge you for everything, even breathing, and they don't return your deposit. On top of that, they charge you an extra fee when you move out, with no explanation of where it comes from. I couldn't last more than a year here; I couldn't wait for my lease to end.
