"While I was living in France, he handled everything for my rental property —finding qualified tenants, thoroughly screening them, showing the house, taking photos and identifying possible issues that needed to be addressed. His communication was excellent throughout, and very personal. I felt like i was working with a friend. He also kept me updated without any hassle on my end.
