After going to many model homes and multiple discussions with sales people, we decided to go with Avtec Homes. Katie was our sales person and she was amazing! Not pushy, answered all of our questions, and made the experience of home buying easy. Pattie in the office was amazing as well. They both gave great suggestions on things we could do with the house. The contractor’s we dealt with were wonderful in keeping us updated on the progress and didn’t mind the many visits we did to the home site. Great experience from beginning to the end.

Where do i begin? We have lived in our home for almost 3 months and could not be more thrilled about our home. From the minute we stepped in the model I knew this was the perfect choice. Avtec Homes is an amazing builder. They are very detailed oriented. They only use quality materials throughout the home. There are many builders in the Brevard County area that offer homes, but none wirh the customer service and reputation for exceptional homes that Avtec has. We just purchased our new home and cant begin to say how appreciative we are with patty at Avtec homes. She made it so extremely easy after months of dealing with other builders/lenders literally 32 days from looking at the home to closing and having the keys. We walked into the model with a certain house in mind explained what we had been thru and she put our minds at ease. She brought us to the house let us explore a bit didn't pressure us. Was the nicest house with quality everything from the fixtures to the fit and finish of everything. The day we did our "punch list" we spent a long time even brought a family member and could not find anything. There was a lot of pride and it shows. Quality over quantity. We searched for a home builder in Palm Coast for three years and finally found Avtec Homes! We fell in love first with the floor plan. For us it was a wonderful fit. We chose the “Paradise” model it is a good design with no wasted space. We went with them because they were willing to modify the design slightly and work with us on us a few extra custom items. Always friendly and professional staff, it was a very smooth project from start to finish. We highly recommend Avetec!!

Shoty work would be an upgrade. I've been in the construction industry for over 20 years and the complete lack of care and attention Avtec shows the their product is disheartening. I told the superintendent who oversaw the building of my, Mark, that the garage forms where out of square before they poured the slab. He did nothing to fix it and so a large portion of my garage wall is just floating in mid air including the door into the house. The fix? Throw som fast drying concrete mix under just the door and pretend that's good. The leech field of my home was installed with a back pitch and poor quality sand that prevented it from draining properly. The VP of construction Mike stated it "passed inspection" I had to take Avtec to arbitration to get them to fix it and pay me back for the floo
