Avonlea Westside

I recently moved in, and my experience so far has been very positive. Communication with the management team has been prompt, clear, and helpful throughout the move-in process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The apartment is comfortable, and I already feel at home. I appreciate how responsive and organized everything has been and look forward to continuing a great experience living here.

It’s a very quiet community that’s family oriented with different nationalities that gets along very well, the property is well groomed all year round. Maintenance is very good at responding to the tenants calls. They have events that are family oriented once a month depending upon what the weather is like. Staff is friendly at all times.

Renting an apartment at Avonlea West Side was a great experience, especially thanks to Andrea and Amanda. From the very beginning, they were super helpful, friendly, and always available to answer my questions. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Really appreciate their support 🙏 Highly recommend Avonlea West Side!

I recently moved into Avonlea Westside and I have to admit that this is the best overall experience that I have had when moving into a new community. Nastasia, Erika and Ms. Andrea are all amazing. They made the entire process seamless. So, if you are looking for your next Apartment I highly recommend Avonlea Westside.

While visiting Avonlea Westside, I must say I had an excellent experience with leasing agent Natasha. Very professional that demonstrated amazing hospitality. The whole staff was very welcoming and met me with a smile. The atmosphere was nice, and very inviting. Definitely trying to make this place my new home. Two dumbs up for sure.
