Avonlea Square

The best apartments I have ever lived in. I have been here for about 6 months now. From the upkeep of the grounds to the urgency of maintenance no matter how small or big the issue is. I live on the third floor and the breezeways are kept clean. Everyone in the office is a breath of fresh air. I don’t know anyone’s name but it’s a male and a female. Thanks Avonlea Square!

Avonlea Square was my home for 2 years. From the day I moved in until the day I moved out, everything was well-managed. The maintenance team resolved issues promptly, the corridors were cleaned regularly, and walking around the community always felt safe and peaceful. I’m glad I chose this apartment! it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. Thank you, Avonlea Square. I miss this place so much.

I recently moved out of Avonlea, which I lived at for four years. The community was always clean and well maintained. As a single woman living on my own, I always felt safe, even when it was dark out and I needed to walk my dog. My dog and I like to spend a lot of our time outdoors, so it was nice to have a dog park and private access to a walking trail on the community. I personally enjoyed the salt water pool. 😃 The maintenance staff were awesome! Any work orders that me or my neighbors submitted were completed in a timely manner, and were sometimes even completed the same day! My favorite person at Avonlea was the Assistant Community Manger, CJ! He knew all the residents by name and was always available if you needed anything. We moved to this apt in Dec'17. This society is around 1.5 yrs old, so all equipment in the apt are brand new. From that point, our utility bills are very less. E.g. For 2BHK electric charges $60.00. Whenever I placed any request, within 24hrs it was taken care of. They change AC filter periodically. The whole day we get sunlight in all rooms. There is no need of keeping lights on during daytime. Huge nos. of parking spots. Another best thing is, there is not much up-down roads with in the society. It's almost like plain land. There are so many societies in Smyrna, where you have to put hand break while you park your car or very dangerous because of so many big trees. This society is not like. So much sunlight. This society is not much big, so management pays attention to all your concerns

just moved in a month ago.and have absolutely loved living hear so far. community is cool and the complex has everything you can ask for. walking trails,bbq pits,pool,gym you name It. managers are super commutative and friendly. No black mold or water bugs, old carpet, broken doors, painted over vents, outdated air filters or loud bumping music or marijuana stink here. Close to everything you can ask so I mean rent is a bit on the higher side than most but for everything you get and the spacious apartments you live in with high ceilings you could ask for a better place to call home.
