Avonlea Riverside

This complex has been my worst nightmare. I moved here in December and have had NOTHING but issues. We had 3 documented water leaks within the first month of living here. The third water leak forced us to move everything out of our master closet and eventually relocate to another unit. Early FEB we moved to another unit that did not have “recalled pipes” as the leasing manager stated. In the two weeks we have been in this unit we have had TWO MORE WATER ISSUES. On 2/15, our kitchen and entrance area was flooded with water that leaked underneath the cabinets (no telling the internal damages that did to the wood and etc). I've been living here for two years. Very disappointed that I have to move out due to my roommate leaving and budget restraints. For those two years I've enjoying my time, maintaince was done quickly, the guys are super nice. Place was spotless when I moved in. Brand new renovated apartments. Leasing was nice. Really is a hidden gem in this area. Definitely noticed alot of fake reviews when looking at apartments but this truly is a gem.

Avonlea Riverside is a wonderful property! Property management are very friendly and have monthly events for their residents. This property does a great job at creating a sense of community ! They also do a great job with property upkeep/maintenance and are very attentive and prompt to residence needs.

I’ve been living here since 2021, and the front office staff has been incredibly amazing. The maintenance team is quick and efficient, and there are no Problems with bugs The living atmosphere is warm and pleasant.

Nice and affordable apartments.. quiet community.. Update: We stayed at Riverside for 4 years (till Jan 2021) and loved it. Now it has renovated homes with new appliances. The maintenance team is superb and friendly. Most of the times even if we raised a service request in morning it was attended by evening. The engagement events are very well organized every month. Appliance are good quality whereas we have seen other communities having cheap ones (thanks to our recent apartment hunt). No roach problem (exception- hope you get cleanliness loving neighbors). Their preventive measures are very good and have all inspections timely. They keep their residents informed about all the things. Now they have CCTV near the leasing office which covers everyone entering / leaving the community. We ha
