Avondale Village

I recently toured this apartment complex and overall had a positive experience. The leasing staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in especially Jennifer accommodating all my needs. They took their time showing me around and answering all my questions, which made the tour feel personal rather than rushed. The units themselves were clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the modern finishes, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. The amenities were also a big plus — the gym was well-equipped, the pool area looked relaxing, and the common spaces were tidy and inviting. Overall, the complex gave a great first impression. If you’re looking for a place with helpful staff, nice amenities, and comfortable living spaces, it’s definitely worth touring.

I just want to say that I am grateful for the staff at Avondale Village. I am new in Georgia and was having difficulty finding affordable housing and a development that would suit the needs of my family. Shout out to Jennifer, one of the leasing agents. I spoke with her on the phone before coming to view the property. I had already ran into some roadblocks searching for housing and she assured me that she would help every step of the way. The application/approval process was pretty fast and she even was able to make some accommodations regarding the unit we would move in to. She was upfront about all costs which I truly appreciate. My family has only been here two weeks but so far so good! Thank you Jennifer and all the staff for making everything so comfortable for my family 😁

Real review: Pros(good side): Scenic beauty is great. Stove system has real fire (not induction) which is good for cooking. Floor is wooden not carpet you can clean it. If your shower water smells bad like urine, maintenance will come and fix it for you if you tell them. Cons(bad side): The walls are thin you can hear music from other homes. Roaches from other apartment can easily enter your home through the wall gaps .

DO NOT RENT HERE SAFETLY HAZARDS DISRESPECTFUL MANAGERS This experience has been severely disappointing due to the complex's rodent and pest issues. The frequent power outages are unacceptable, demonstrating a lack of empathy towards residents. Paying rent guarantees safe living conditions and functional utilities, which have not been met. It's distressing to see children unable to eat due to the power being out. The customer service has been unsatisfactory. We've been informed by Georgia Power that the apartment's electrical system poses a fire risk if occupied, resulting in their refusal to restore power. Given these serious issues, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Prospective tenants should be aware of the complex's shortcomings.

I had my home broken into last weekend and my upstairs neighbors and downstairs neighbors did nothing. My door was wide open and all just walked past as if normal. I called the leasing office with no help. They will not notify other tenants that there have been a rash of break-ins happening. The gate has been broken for 3-4 months and the security guards no longer work. The roaches out weigh the residence in the building. The staff can be unhelpful. Oh you will hear Scratching in the walls from the rodents. If you’re desperate and you need somewhere to go, this will be the place for you.
