Avondale Station Apartments

I cannot say enough good things about Avondale Station Apartments! The management here is top-tier, especially Andria. She is super cool, kind, and incredibly helpful. No matter the issue, she handles it with such a positive attitude and usually solves it within just a few hours. She is definitely the best person in management I’ve ever worked with! The maintenance team is also incredibly active and professional. John is the best—he has so much knowledge about every part of this community. Whenever something needs fixing, he’s on it immediately. I really appreciate everything this team does for the community!

I’ve lived at Avondale Station for about seven years, and it’s honestly been a great home for me. The community has a laid-back, neighborly feel, and the location has only gotten better over time with new shops and easier access to MARTA. My unit has held up well, and maintenance has always taken care of the few issues I’ve had. I love the older, more spacious layouts and the character they have compared to the newer, cookie-cutter apartments. For the price and the convenience, it’s been a reliable and comfortable place to stay long-term.

I am so happy with my unit! The property is always clean and the maintenance team really takes pride in their work. Whenever I submit a maintenance request my issue is solved quickly. I feel very safe, especially at night with the bright lighting around the property. Since the new manager, Andrea , started things have really improved.

Avondale Station Apartments has been a solid place to live — the location is super convenient, the community areas are clean, and the staff has been helpful anytime I needed something. The units are spacious for the price, and I really like the modern touches and pet-friendly atmosphere. It’s a comfortable spot if you want an affordable place in a good area without sacrificing amenities.

I have lived here almost 2 years and I’m so happy that Ms. Andrea and her maintenance crew. Whenever I need something taken care of they are right there. Bridget is so nice whenever she see me she ask is everything ok.🙂 Ms. Andrea the bright lights make me feel much safer getting in and out of my car at night so thank you. Please keep up the good work.
