The situation with the office is when it is very important to get in contact with any of them, no one returns calls, then the organization so messed up, paying with money order and they don't report the payment on time. Then they send emails that rent us incomplete, if a tenants pay rent with money order a receipt should be delivered for them. Online portal messed up the bank account so automatic payment don't work either, I can't tell they're professionals or still learning how to manage the office. Office hours aren't good enough for the ones that works every day, open Saturday morning should be fair in order to help the tight schedule for few of the busy ones. Again office has a very poor service about taking payments seriously, checking the tenants payment before send emails saying

These apartments are great for 1st time renters. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part. The management keeps the grass cut . The kitchen applications are nasty but they aren’t new apartments. They do have a lady bug issue and stink bugs but just doing certain seasons. Overall it’s a great start for an apartment!

This place is in a very great location minutes from Sango. The management are awesome always take care of any problems if any arise in a very timely manner. I feel very safe here too. It's quiet at night and the neighbors are all nice. We have a nice laundry room here that's always clean. The pool is well maintained and clean they keep the grounds here very clean and maintained also. All there employees are nice and friendly and get the job done.

This is a low down apartment complex because they pick on the ones that been here the longest and Stephanie the manager doesn't want to fix anything in the apartment never rent here it's very bad they will listen to there snitches and not come out when you need help fixing things this place lets people come here with drugs and stuff and also let people break there lease and the manager won't renew your lease and air condition breaks they won't fix it they let people come in your apartment taking pictures and my husband does everything that he can to be helpful but no you want a good rating then I suggest that you deal with your management more better and I have pictures of the damages that you say that we did well y'all put flooring over old floors instead of taking up the old floors we a
