Avondale Parc @ Bellmar Apartments

Had a great experience here at the front office. These past few months have been hectic and I almost decided on another apartment but with help from Joseph I was happy to go with Avondale. Joseph walked me through everything I needed to do as I had a complicated situation with a former roommate, and was very patient, kind, attentive and did everything possible to help me out. With people like Joseph at the front office, I trust this place to run smoothly and am a very happy resident. Thanks again!

I had a great experience renting my apartment at Avondale Parc @ Bellmar Apartments in Dallas. I completed the entire process online, and Joseph Guerrero guided me every step of the way. He was professional, honest, and made my move smooth and easy. I found the apartment online, viewed the pictures, signed the lease digitally, and completed all paperwork online. When I arrived to see the apartment in person, it was even better than the pictures. The unit was clean, in great condition, and exactly as promised. The apartment complex itself is very clean, and the gym is a solid 10/10. Overall, everything met and exceeded my expectations. Hi yes. For context me and sis are getting out of a shit situation. Joseph and daisy has been Hella friendly and personal with us. They've communicated with us effectively. The app is less than desirable but the service here at the leasing office has been nothing but top notch. We've been through multiple apartment tours (maybe 10? Its our first time moving out)and they've been the most attractive and communicative. Theyre also really transparent. I recommend. 10/10

Finding a new apartment can often feel overwhelming, but my experience was completely different thanks to Joseph. This place gets the job done and it's a good starter apartment. I will say though, if you're sensitive to impact noise, live on the top floor (especially if it's just you or you and your partner, sibling, a second person, somebody that's gonna be living there with you). My sister and I lived under a family and the impact noise was bad and continued to get worse well after quiet hours even after sending multiple emails complaining about it. I don’t know if that's the case with every unit, but just live on the top floor if you're sensitive to impact noise and please be courteous to the people below you. We also had a brief pest problem that went away after a while so do with that what you will. We also had some maintenance issues as well, but they're good at sending maintenance to take care
