Avondale Hills Townhomes

Do not move here!!!! This place used to be nice. I’ve been living here since December 2021. Management changed a few months ago and it has been awful ever since! The pool hasn’t been cleaned in months, it’s now June and it’s disgusting. I’ve inquired multiple times to the leasing office about when it’s going to be cleaned and they keep lying to my face. First they told me the pool would be open on Memorial Day. Two weeks later they told me the pool would be cleaned the weekend of June 7. I took photos that weekend, the water is cloudy and there’s dirt everywhere. On Tuesday June 10 maintenance told me they put chemicals in the pool and it takes 48 hours. Help someone move in no elevators were working and the lady at front desk made all types of excuses as to why they didn't only elevator that did work ended up not working also and then she suggest to a dame near 60 year old woman that she should use the stairs to move in yea right up all these stairs so much for customer service 😉 🙄
