I toured with Eric, he was very friendly and welcoming. The community is very clean and gives a luxury living feel. I absolutely love the pet spa. Once my lease is up at my current apartment I will most definitely be applying here.

I felt compelled to share my experience because I’ve seen some negative reviews that honestly don’t reflect the full picture. If it were really as bad as some people say, residents wouldn’t be renewing their leases—they’d just move out. It almost feels like some folks are trying to bring down the property value just to keep rents from going up, lol. The location is extremely convenient—right across from Kensington MARTA station and just up the street from Avondale Estates and downtown Decatur. RENTERS BEWARE ⚠️ Giving this apartment complex a one star review is beyond genorous but it’s the only way I’d be able to type this! This apartment complex was formerly known as Avondale Hills Luxury Apartments….& lost every bit of luxury well before the name change. Where do I start, do I speak about the elevator that spent more time out of commission than in commission…. do I speak about the package stealing problem we had though they’re luxor boxes that the complex didn’t require use of as management changed ( 3 times within 2 years), how the amenities shown to me were advertised to have 24 access though they quite literally were never accessible after 10 pm, how noise complaints go unheard, or how the complex went down hill when Approve Shield was no longer used in the application pr

I don’t understand the bad reviews— i’m assuming people don’t have patience but i’m here to say new management is INCREDIBLE. yes, there have been some growing pains & frustrations with all the management switches. but new management is ON IT and i’m hoping they’re here to stay!! a lot of these reviews about cleanliness, etc are also the responsibility of the residents. management can’t keep amenities clean if people are constantly destroying them. and when they do impose fines, etc to try and rectify and correct the situation, people still complain! they’re doing what they’re supposed to do. i just left from taking my trash out and the ENTIRE TEAM was outside picking up trash and cleaning up! they are communicative, kind, and the apartments are super nice. definitely mid luxury level. i’v

UPDATE 10/7/25!!! THE ELEVATOR IS BROKEN AGAIN! DONT BOTHER TELLING LEASING OFFICE THEY WILL TELL YOU “THE ELEVATOR HERE IS A BONUS. YOU CAN TAKE STAIRS! AND THE BUILDING IS NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE WORKING ELEVATORS” DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY OR DISABLE FAMILY MEMBERS THEY WONT BE ABLE TO VISIT YOU BECAUSE ELEVATOR IS ALWAYS BROKEN!
