House was built within the stated time frame. Great communication from sales to construction manager. Great quality build! I personally love the location of Avondale in Avenir which is going to be next to the Coconut Blvd extension to the Bee line Hwy which will make it a much easier commute to the beaches, Mall and Jupiter. Avondale offers many lots located on lakes with beautiful views. We are looking forward to being residents of our new community!

It's been a dream come true for us from the start. We have had the best team aboard for this project. Alex was terrific from day one and he was then transferred to another building site where, Zorinel then took over, Our project managers Jesus and Julio, The Pulte insurance team, Loan consultants Brian and Caitlynn Orne. If it was not for Caitlynn I could have never got through with the mortgage. She was patient and we worked together hours and hours. PGP Tile was amazing as well, Aileen Francisco and all those who I forgot to mention thank you all! Home came out better than I have ever imagined. I hope to call this my forever home. Good location and amenities. People at sales center are kind and give you fast and clear mortgage calculation. Terrible pricing and mediocre build quality. Houses are tightly built, interior quality of the houses are low, even though they are somewhat upgraded(tiles, cabinet etc.). I saw a 2 Bedroom lowest end model for 840k with 7% interest rate😄Make it sense. They also have specials for quick move ins but discount doesn't matter because houses are already priced high.

Everything had been great from the sales center to the warranty team. We love our home, the community and the neighbors. We've been in the home a year now and couldn't be more pleased
