We absolutely love Aviva! As first time apartment renters, we could not be more happy with the quality of service provided. Every time we had a question or a service issue (there was a time our bathtub wasn’t draining) they were quick to reply and fix the issue. It is also only 8 minutes from Luke AFB, so a great option for service members. We loved the pool and gym, and our family has many fond memories of swimming and watching the sunset. The walking trails outside of the property are perfect for morning or evening walks. Overall would highly recommend for anyone looking for an apartment and responsive service team.

Stayed for two years before relocating due to work (else would have definitely continued making this home). Great environment and facilities (we particularly loved the gym which was spacious and very well equipped, and the bbq pits) extremely responsive and helpful management, and the best maintenance crew you could ask for. We really loved our stay there, had a lot of lasting memories, and would recommend anyone to give it a try.

Danielle was knowledgeable, professional and patient. She took as much time needed to answer all our questions, which there were a lot! We felt she cared about our needs and wanted us to have the best experience possible. Thank you, Danielle! **Editing review after lease was over… Since we stayed only 3 1/2 months while transitioning to our new home we only mounted our tv on the living room wall. Nothing else was hung on the walls. A painting charge for the living room, bedroom and bathroom was withheld from our deposit. Absolutely Ridiculous!! (Adding picts) The apt was left cleaner than when we moved in. A final walk through with a staff member should be offered. If you stay there, take pictures of every single inch! Thanks to the assistance manager of this community Justin Mattison, I had an amazing experience while touring this apartment. I've rented in several states, but this was by far the most thorough and pleasant tour I've ever had. The agent was incredibly patient, answered every question, and made us feel truly valued. His professionalism and care genuinely made us want to choose this apartment. A top-tier experience!
