These are the most disgusting apartments, they love collecting rent and charging fines but can’t never get maintenance work orders completed they tell you air conditioning is not a necessity when here in the summer it gets to 90+ degrees, they’ve had managers with the worse attitude, no care about the residence needs or comfortability, the pest infestation is horrible. In all don’t move here you can get a way better apartment for 1550$. PS I wonder if the owners know how horrible these apartments are.

⸻ The very first day we moved into this apartment, what should have been a happy moment turned into a nightmare. As soon as we walked in, the kitchen was crawling with roaches. We were completely discouraged. We immediately reported it to the front office, and they told us they would bring roach treatment—but no one ever showed up. From what I’ve seen, the entire complex is infested. My neighbors upstairs, downstairs, and all around are dealing with the same issue. It’s truly disgusting. If you’re considering moving here, please think twice. Don’t waste your time or money living in these conditions. And Also have lots of ants and raccoons

Really the 4 stars are for gabby are new manager shes been very helpful and caring I feel like she may be the one to get avistar looking better she has the office feeling welcoming as it didnt feel like way in a long time hopefully will have gabby for a good while

DO NOT MOVE HERE. gabby and diane are the worst. 13 families have been evicted. They will not work with you. They will charge you for pest control which is 130.00 A VISIT. I went from being able to afford my rent to over 1500 one month. I got told by diane that since I had dishes in my sink from the night before that I'm a dirty person. I worked til 2am 6 days a week. She belittled me and made me seem like she was a high mighty person since she lived in the Halotes area. My apartment had a broken microwave, a leak in my master bedroom that wasn't fixed for the 2 years i was there. Roaches where so bad since the day I moved in and since diane and gabby came in as the new property manager and assistant it was a "personal problem" according to Diane. YOU DO NOT GET A 30 DAY VACATE NOTICE. Gab

Maintenance lady is amazing she does her job well very courteous !!! She goes way beyond what she needs to do for the residents!
