Avion at Spectrum Apartments

David and co worker came and changed my living room mini blinds and bathroom mirror today. They were fast and quiet and polite and professional and friendly. They will be back tomorrow to do touch up on the mirror but I had to give the good review because good service is rare now a days :). Thank you for being super nice David !

We had an excellent experience with David. Our washer and dryer were very old and were damaging our clothes, so we reported the issue to management. David took action very quickly and arranged for the washer and dryer to be replaced in a timely manner. He was extremely kind, professional, and very proficient. David communicated clearly, was efficient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. It’s rare to see such fast and effective support. David is a great manager and someone you can truly rely on. We really appreciate his quick response and dedication. Highly recommended!

I had an issue with shower draining and submitted service request. They were quick, efficient and responsive. I have not had anything requiring service that was not handled in the same manner. They do a fantastic job and I very much appreciate it and their follow up with me.

This review is only in regards to David who is one of the maintenance workers. David went above and beyond to help us get a new fridge since ours had been causing issues for the past few months. He would give us updates and even got it up and running before the holidays. Very appreciative of him!!!!

Worst place to live. They are never at the office and when they are, they are miserable and clearly hate their life. Maintenance sucks, it takes two weeks for them to even respond, and if you have dogs they won’t come in unless they are locked up because they are all afraid of them. There is absolutely NO parking if you get home past 6pm because they allow 6 people all with cars in a 2 bedroom yet they tow vehicles that are registered to the neighborhood and pay rent. The apartments are disgusting, old and dingy. NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!!
