Lauren at the front desk is the nicest person ever and the maintenance staff is extremely helpful and responsive! Lauren does a great job setting up fun events each month as well. The apartments themselves are high quality, comfortable, and most importantly safe. There is a really feeling of neighborhood with Avignon.

Avignon is a great apartment complex to live in. They have great green spaces for walking my dog, and the maintenance team is always quick to fix any issues that come up. The office staff are always helpful, and it is located in a great area. I would definitely recommend living here.

We love our community. All the staff do a great job to make it what it is. For example, Lauren always has a something fun on schedule at the clubhouse, and Ronnell is always super prompt and professional in responding to our maintenance needs.

Ronnell is absolutely wonderful very friendly and professional. He makes us feel like we’re never a bother with a maintenance call even if we think it’s something small to report. I appreciate him and the entire staff at Avignon.

Lauren Mohney, our Concierge did a wonderful job setting up our monthly wine down Weds event at the clubhouse . Her Fall decorations were wonderful. She got all kinds of yummy appetizers and desserts. Kudos for all your hard work! We enjoyed the opportunity to meet our neighbors.
