Had a BUSTED WATER HEATER PIPE shooting like a hydrant for 2 straight hours on my patio before I could FLAG down a maintenance guy on a Sunday. TODAY IS THAT SUNDAY. OFFICE WAS CLOSED ALL DAY. The hours on the building say otherwise. I had to physically shut off the ENTIRE building water MYSELF and get everything cleaned up before I could get any help. Called the office over 5 times: nothing, physically knocked on the office door: nobody was there and there was a sign that said they would return at 9am! (this was at 11am sunday morning).There is NO TENANT EMERGENCY NUMBER, NO ANSWERING SERVICE. This could have cost so much money if I DIDN'T DO SOMETHING BY MYSELF. ME! THE FREAKING TENANT! I recently scheduled a tour at this community, and I was very impressed by the exceptional customer service. Fernanda and her team were professional, courteous, and took the time to provide detailed information about the property. The pool, fitness center, and common areas were all very clean and well-maintained. I was particularly pleased with the apartment layout, which I believe will be perfect for my son. All of my questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly. I look forward to returning with my son to move forward with the application process.
