Bre is an amazing property manager! During my tour, she did a wonderful job answering all of my questions about the complex, rent, and fees. She helped me identify which apartment suited me best and walked me through the pros and cons clearly and thoughtfully. She is incredibly professional, polite, and helpful! She’s helped make my transition to a new place easier!

Aviare Arts is a wonderful community with great location and spacious floor plans in the downtown area. Geoff McAllister, the leasing professional, is amazing at his job and really makes you feel at ease during the entire apartment search process. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking in the downtown OKC area.
