SCAMMERS!!!!! the property manager LUCIA. and her worker KAYLEEN. SCAMMED!!!! Me and my wife. We did an application here.it’s all ways Vacancies there For months. They lie and tell you anything to get you to give them a five star Rating before they give you your keys. They ONLY!!!! DESERVE!!!! A ZERO!!!! RATHING!!!! then the next month they lie and say you owe a high water bill and a screen storm window bill. and other bills.that you really don’t know of what you paying you still have to pay it. or They will threaten you with a lease violation All the appliances are very cheap. as soon as you touch it breaks. Love living at Avery park! It’s a nice townhouse and has great amenities. I would highly recommend living here.

I’ve been here since November & I only experienced good things with this place. The staff are friendly & the neighbors are as well. I highly recommend this place! Lucia is the head of everything & she is very understanding & so nice! We love her!!

New, promising community with diverse individuals and families. The unit I am renting fits my family and lifestyle needs. The monthly fee pays to keep the lawns nice. I haven't had to make a maintenance call so I cant rate that. The application process was easy. The management team has been great to work with so far. The neighborhood is usually quiet. I enjoy seeing the community enjoying the area on their bikes, taking walks, or on their scooters.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. There's been a few issues with getting the correct information and getting a response from management. But I get it, they're a new development and they're figuring it out. What made me give them 1 star is they sent a $150 balance to collections without notifying me or my roommate. We were told of the over due balance and paid the next day. We truly had no idea we had a balance left to pay. That was in early June and I am now receiving debt collector notices (7/18/24) and when I called the debt collector they said the debt has not been paid yet. They also only sent me to collections and not my roommate who is on the lease as well. I would never recommend Avery Park to anyone.
