Avery Oaks Apartments

Overall a good place to live. Minor issues to work out, as with any new apartments, but they get things resolved in a timely manner. Much better than when Hignell was managing the complex! They are beautiful apartments in a convenient location, and we enjoyed living here!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The space was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. Everything was brand new, from the appliances to the fixtures, and it was clear a lot of care went into making the place feel modern and inviting. The kitchen was a standout feature with its sleek, newly installed appliances, making it easy to cook meals during my stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the new appliances really enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a fresh, clean, and spacious place to stay.
