Avera Place

Avera Place is one of the nice places to live, because I haved lived there for almost a year. So I am getting to no my neighbors, so far on the first move in day I have met two of them an they were nice. The neighborhood is great. We have pool and a very nice gym & other nice things to do. To continue my update on Avera PL. I have been living in Avera PL now for 4 years and I love this place. This place is beautiful clean and very well kept. You can't find a better place to live. I am not having any problems at this establishment. So if you are in the neighborhood stop by some time, take a look around and enjoy your. Just walk 🚶‍♂️ around and enjoy the sights. I have enjoyed my stay a Avera Place Apartments. Michelle and Andrea are so wonderful . They both try to do there very best to address all issues in a timely manner. I have live at Avera Place 2 different times and only moved because I bought a new home.

We moved to Avera Place a year ago. So far our experience with this residents has been a good one. When we needed repairs done, we didn't encounter any problems. The repairs were done to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. When we moved in, we did a walk about with the property manager and found that the place was clean and in good condition. We were also given a form to fill out if we found anything that needed to be repaired or replaced. We have had a couple of encounters with the management office. They were friendly and accommodating. Our apartment is privately owned and we rent from them but our experience here is a happy one.

I've lived at Avera Place for 7 years. It has changed so much for the better in this time. I have experienced no mold. Don't know this is an issue. Neighborhood comparably is quiet and the HMO is easy to work with. All needs are within 10 minutes of this location. Edit: there are still housekeepimg issues with parking in a dangerous curve. No speed bump or sign. Landscaping needs to improve, however this is a quiet place to live.

We stayed at Avera in a 1 bedroom apt for 2 years. The only Pros of this apt is the location and the amount of space you get for a one bedroom apt compared to the other complexes. Management changed several times while we were there and each time it got worse. The office hours changed to inconvenient times (closed on weekends,etc). The office hour changes affected getting packages from the office which was not a organized system either. There was only one maintenance guy for the whole complex who was friendly but it took days to get him out to fix things. All the windows in the complex needed to be replaced (according to management) so we had leaks every time it rained. Cleaners came out and cleaned but the leaks were never really fixed. Our front closet got filled with mold and had to be
