I'm going to make that publication the languages I speak that are 5 so that people can understand how this place is not safe 1) all the packages you order if they are car product they steal it and those responsible tell you (I'm sorry) and it's lost 2) your car is parked inside, they hit you, they scratch it and those responsible tell you (I'm sorry) 3) when you sign the contract they tell you that you have 2 markings and 2 car tickets and when you start living they tell you that you have to pay extra money to use 4) the guadias if they don't like it makes you irreparable evil call glua so that they tow your car in front of your own building 5) the pool; you always get sick when you get out of it They stole my car in front of my building and when you ask about the camera they say the

After living in this community for nine years, I can honestly say that Assistant Property Manager Alexander Perez is one of the best I’ve experienced. His attention to detail and the care he shows for residents do not go unnoticed. Property Manager Dayana Rodriguez is equally wonderful, and together they make the perfect team. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to the community are truly appreciated by long-term residents like myself.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the poor customer service provided at this place, especially by the front desk staff. The way residents are treated is unacceptable. It feels as if we are not requesting a service that we pay for, but rather asking for a personal favor. The front desk staff, in general, show attitudes of arrogance and superiority, as if they were the owners of the apartments, when in reality it is the residents who pay and support this property. Customer service is extremely important, and unfortunately, it is not being handled properly here. It is even more disappointing that, despite being Latino staff, there is a lack of courtesy and respectful communication. Instead, responses are rude, spoken in a harsh tone, and without any tact. I would NOT recommend these apartments. There are mold issues in the units, which is a serious health concern, and management does not properly address it. The office staff is very rude and unprofessional. When you report a problem, they ignore you or delay instead of helping. Before signing the lease, they were not honest and said things that turned out not to be true. The community is also often full of garbage, with overflowing trash and poorly maintained areas. The only positive thing I can say is that the cleaning staff works hard and is respectful. Overall, this is a horrible place to live — dirty conditions, unhelpful management, and not worth the rent. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

I lived there, and how to say I have a lot to say about this place, it’s secure the packages are well managed and the pool and jacuzzi are always clean and the gym was super well equipped (my favorite place).
