Aventura at Contee Crossing

The new property management team has been amazing so far. Not only are they responsive and organized, but they’ve also started creating a real sense of community. They hosted a football watch party recently and it was such a nice touch residents finally feel connected. Great energy, great communication, and it finally feels like they care about the people living here.

After living in this community for 17 years, I feel well qualified to share my experience, especially when it comes to the Leasing Manager, Lani. Lani is a pleasure to work with. He is consistently knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer my questions thoroughly. His professionalism, positive attitude, and approachable personality truly stand out. Most importantly, Lani follows through—when he says he will take care of something, he absolutely does, and he will follow up with an answer and address any issues. He is a great asset to the property management team, and his dedication does not go unnoticed. The care, support, and the level of service Lani has extended is sincerely appreciated.

UPDATE as of May 10, 2025: Since posting my initial review, part of my kitchen ceiling has literally fallen in due to a leak from the upstairs unit. I’ve reported this issue multiple times: first on January 7, 2024, again on May 10, 2024, and most recently on May 7, 2025. Instead of resolving the leak, management allowed the issue to escalate resulting in water pooling behind my stove and eventually a full ceiling collapse that shattered light fixtures and scattered debris across my kitchen and dining area. This is no longer just an inconvenience it’s a safety hazard. I have a toddler and this level of neglect is completely unacceptable. Aventura Crossing has an amazing team. From day one, it’s clear how well-trained and knowledgeable the staff is, but what really stands out is how understanding and responsive they are. Anytime an issue comes up, they’re quick to jump in and handle it with care and professionalism, always making things right and doing right by the residents. You can genuinely feel the teamwork they work seamlessly together and truly support one another. It makes a big difference, and it shows that they take pride in what they do. On December 24th, 2024, I discovered my brand new 2024 Lexus LX600 in the apartment complex garage sitting on the floor with all four wheels stolen. I immediately contacted the police, who showed up only to file a basic report and issue a case number. Since then—despite following up—I haven’t heard a single word from either law enforcement or the apartment management. I was forced to spend over $9,000 out of pocket for new wheels, tires, and sensors. All of this while paying $3,500 a month in rent for what I believed was a secure, high-end community.
