Aventon Victory

I love living at Aventon. Everything is well-designed and comfortable. The amenities are awesome. Jenna and Arina at the leasing office are exceptional. They were super helpful with all steps of the move-in process. I put a couple of maintenance requests and the maintenance team addressed them in no time. I have been living here for almost 3 months now, and have been loving the experience!

What a beautiful difference moving into this complex. We had to vacate from a complex near the river due to unhealthy living conditions, safety issues, and never any management follow through or respect to the tenants. Aventon Victory was recommended by another resident who had also been in the other apartment I just read a negative comment from someone who toured here, about one of the staff here, and felt I had to post what it is truly like here. I know who they are talking about and she is far from a negative person. Since the person who posted the negative comment is not a resident here, This truth comes from actual residents. From the moment I arrived at these newly built luxury apartments, I could tell a lot of care went into every detail. As a Realtor I take notice in even the small details and I just say I’m impressed! The grounds are clean and beautifully maintained, the amenities are very upscale and simply chefs kiss, and the interiors are modern, bright, and very comfortable. I especially want to recognize the property manager Angel Smart! I’ve visited the apartment twice and both times she’s been exceptional! Always polite, professional, approachable, and very welcoming. That approach alone made my experience touring very smooth. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the community they are building here!!

We’ve really enjoyed living here so far! The poolside view is one of our favorite things about the complex. It makes coming home feel like a little getaway. The amenities are great (the coffee machine is a daily staple for us!), and everything has been well-maintained since we moved in. The staff is also wonderful. Arina and Jena have both been so friendly and helpful anytime we’ve needed anything. Their kindness really sets the tone for the whole community. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept apartment with great amenities and a welcoming team!

Living at Aventon Victory has been such a great experience. The office team is amazing, always friendly, professional, and quick to get things done. Maintenance Supervisor José deserves a special shout-out! He works hard to keep the property looking beautiful and is always prompt whenever I need something repaired. You can tell he truly cares about the residents and the community. Everyone here is welcoming, the location is unbeatable, and the entire experience has been one of the best I’ve had in any place I’ve lived. Highly recommend Aventon Victory!
