There are lots of positive things that i can write about Aventon Nora. Can't wait to start living there. From the very beginning Shelby Smitn has been exceptional and super helpful. I will share pics once I'm there. I finally made it ! Sulette and Cionna were absolutely amazing! Everyone has made me feel at home ❤️🫶

Angelica gave us an absolutely wonderful apartment tour! She was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. She took her time answering all of our questions and made us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail really stood out, and she made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and goes above and beyond, Angelica is the one to see. Thank you for such a fantastic tour!

I’ve lived at Aventon Nora for almost a year and just renewed my lease. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience here. When I first moved from out of state, Shelby (who’s no longer with the team) was incredibly kind and welcoming and made the whole transition so much easier. I really appreciated that during such a big move. I love my unit — the modern finishes and spacious layout make it feel comfortable and homey. It’s also been very quiet and peaceful for the most part, which I value a lot. Happy to call this place home for another year!

Been here almost and year now and I must say, Aventon Nora is a great place to live. The neighbors are friendly. The environment is kept very clean. The best part are the activities they do for us every month. Sometimes multiple. From trivia nights to kareokee nights. Maintenance is swift. And the office staff are always super helpful. Especially Cionna. Her customer service is superb. I love her energy . Whenever I walk into the office I am instantly greeted with uplifted spirts Recently I needed to end the lease on my garage and she made the transition super simple while maintaining professionalism. Definitely resigning my lease.

Not at all what I expected. I have been living here for a month now. I was told this is a no-smoking complex. My unit reeks of weed and I have tried many things to get the smell out, but to no avail. I have tried baking soda, opening the windows, cinnamon stick broom. I emailed the office regarding this issue because they NEVER answered the phones during the 5 times I tried during office hours. All I got from the email was a text saying, "I will notify a colleague who will follow up with you regarding the maintenance requests" and then I did not hear anything from anyone. The maintenance team replaced the air filters a week after I tried to contact the leasing office regarding this issue. I found out that no work order was put in for the air filters until I followed up with the leasing age
