I recently relocated from Georgia to Orlando, and my experience at Aventon Lake Conway has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, the staff has been welcoming, attentive, and truly invested in making this transition smooth. Any concern I had was handled promptly, and if something couldn’t be resolved immediately, Stephanie, the property manager, was already working on it. She consistently goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about her residents. Her leadership really shows through the entire team. I also want to highlight Maria, who gave us our tour. We had a great experience with Steph. She was very kind, attentive, and thorough during our tour. She didn’t rush us at all and made sure to show us all the amenities the community offers.
