From the moment we arrived to apply, we noticed that the property was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. The space was welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home. The location is perfect, conveniently close to everything we needed. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and care put into the property; everything was exactly as described (and even better in person). Communication with office staff was smooth and professional, and our questions were answered quickly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay.

Do not rent an apartment here. Unless you like dirty carpets and the smell of weed and your property stolen. Homeless people can and do walk the halls. The doors to the out side are always open. The parking is wide open the gates don’t work. The carpets are stained and filthy . The elevators don’t work. The two that do are in bad shape and filthy. The stairs are extremely dirty and half the doors are broken. They have a trash room on every floor but always full , smell really bad and full of bugs. The hall ways always smell like weed all the time. The apartment is okay. But you will have to do touch up on paint yourself. We rented a separate storage room down from our apartment. It has been robbed 2 times in a week. Brian Hicks the manager told us to turn it into insurance. No assistance

Management seems to neglect issues throughout the complex for example literally only 2 elevators work out of the many they have ,the buttons on elevators are literally pull out by disrespectful tenants. The staircases/carpets are disgusting they do not clean the stairs at all , tenants smoke in them , let their dogs pee there . The back side of the property is a mess when it comes to entry doors to complex , literally a door has no knob there’s a key pass but it doesn’t even work making tenants always put something (rocks , trash ) to hold the door open . Parking for visitors is non existent, due to complex having limited spots for visitors and then you have to pay to register your visitors which I think is ridiculous, unauthorized tenants parking in the fire lane feeling entitled and some

Almost two months and it has only gotten worse. So much more wrong but can’t lost it all.

Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT rent here ❌❌❌❌ No matter how many times you delete my review, you should focus on fixing the apartment problems. I never received a refund for what I had to pay to have my car towed. They towed my car from the parking space I’d been paying for since July, and the office refuses to take responsibility. The tow truck is always there, they refuse to give residents parking, and the office staff are incredibly rude. We neighbors are still fighting over visitor parking, the elevators are still out of order, the carpets are disgusting and covered in dog poop, and there are garbage bags on the stairs.
