AVE Phoenix Terra

We are very happy with our stay. Check in was handled by the lobby staff and they were great. We drove right by the lobby entrance but found our way there. The person checking us in was super friendly and explained all about the amenities. She even walked us to our room to make sure our key fobs worked! The location is great. We walked to a Suns game and several local establishments easily. The apartments here are very nice, we enjoyed using the pool and ping pong table, the lobby coffee, and the cold brew on the 3rd floor. The fitness center and pool looked great, but we didn't use them. This is apartment living. We could hear the people above us walking around from time to time. Parking was easy. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at AVE Phoenix Terra, thanks to Alex, one of the resident services representatives. She went above and beyond to help me with a delivery, something she was not obligated to do. Her willingness to go out of her way made a huge difference for me. Throughout the process, she was incredibly communicative and her customer service was excellent. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly set her apart. Because of her exceptional service, I will definitely be staying at AVE Phoenix Terra again in the future!

The best apartment I've lived in! Our unit was spacious and had tons of storage. The amenities are gorgeous and the complex felt very safe. Everyone that works here is not just professional but so kind and welcoming. Would highly recommend living here!

I’ll start by saying I don’t live here / have never lived here, but I wanted to leave a review based on my wonderful tour experience! The leasing manager, Katarina, went above and beyond to try and help me find my perfect home. She answered all of my many questions, showed me multiple units so I could get an accurate understanding of what my future unit could be like, and prepared before my scheduled tour with a list of what units may work best for me considering multiple personal factors. Extremely pleasant touring experience and can tell the management is great! The property is beautiful, very clean, and has great amenities too. I moved into the sister property for other reasons, but very great experience here!
