Avasa Grove West

My partner and I lived here for exactly 1 year. Different property management, we were not the biggest fans of the new management. We felt the original management were more personable. (Nothing personal). Overall we felt we had a good experience, sure there is definitely room for improvement but compared to other communities, it was not bad at all. Beautiful community when they do upkeep with it. Minor things to look for dirty hallways and trash being overfilled all the time it is not pleasing to see BUT that is not property management to blame. When they were doing construction and completing all the buildings I do not know why they would think having ONE main trash dump would be enough for the whole 12 buildings or so. Visited Avasa yesterday and had a great tour with Jollizza. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. She did an excellent job explaining everything and the community itself is beautiful. Highly recommend working with her!

Avasa Grove West is a fantastic place to live. The community is wonderful, the team is thoughtful and hard working, and the amenities are fantastic. My wife and I walk our baby around the beautiful pond at least twice a day. We're constantly meeting new people! The community is kind, welcoming, and social. As very social people, my wife and I are very happy to be able to be part of such a diverse and friendly community. There is a multitude of community events that we attend consistently that keep the community engaged and interactive. The energy in this apartment complex is vibrant and positive, and it is all fostered by the Avasa Grove West team. The team is impeccable. Liana along with her team, Dolly & Julissa are super responsive and welcoming. We never feel rushed and they are always able to answer any of our questions, big or small. We knew immediately that this felt like home with a great sense of community. We look forward to joining the neighborhood! Thank you for being awesome!!!
