Lived at one of their properties in Omaha, NE. As others have said, this company is run by thieves! When I moved out, they charged me over $600, even after taking all of my security deposit. When I tried to prove that some of the charges/damages were not my fault (even when I had pictures to prove it) they said they couldn’t do anything about it because when I first signed my lease, there was a different apartment manager at the time who no longer worked there!…I’m sure I could’ve taken them to court and got some of my money back, but I didn’t want to deal with all of that and decided to just pay them the $600 they were “robbing” me of. Please don’t rent from this company…even if it’s cheap rent, they will rob you eventually.

Rented from them 3 years, they had to be reported to The city to fix AC, in Nebraska, leaking kitchen faucet 2 weeks to fix with me calling everyday! Got a 400 unot complex shutdown legacy crossing, sold Property and got out of Omaha area. Didn’t return deposit or paper stating why just a huge p o c, company, you been warned people Stay far far away! Move Out and don’t join. They will Go bankrupt eventually

My husband and I were approved for an apartment la entrada and paid the deposit/application fees a month before move in. Then one week before move in we’re told that the place had already been rented out and that they would not be returning our money. We still have yet to receive part of our application fees 2 months later!!! They are running a big scam. We have given them an address to send a check to 3 separate times and they still have not sent it. Twice I was told the regional manager would get back to me and did not. Do not apply to live here!!!! They would rather collect application fees than have tenants.

Avantic is run by people that are either grossly incompetent or greedy as greedy can get. If you see their name tied to a property, RUN.
