Just like several other agents from this company, this one spams my inbox with this junk. I never looked at South Florida real estate. And I’m annoyed that I’m getting addressed as other names in this spam junk. They are buying old data. There are better real estates companies and agents than Avanti way that don’t go low like this

I moved into a property that Mr. Guzman managed as a victim of domestic violence with my young daughter. Mr. Guzman fraudulently signed a paper stating that he received CASH from me for rent with the HAND Program (a government program) so that he could receive funds from the program, and then proceeded to file eviction papers based on that amount. The only paper I ever received from him was a 3 day notice. When I reminded him of the documents he signed, I never heard anything else from him. A month later, I received a 24 hour notice for eviction, which was left taped to a fence dividing the propery line. Mr. Guzman never followed any of the other protocol for filing an eviction, and he lied to the court. There is a due process for filing an eviction, and those laws are in place to protect
