Huge shoutout to Kenny for going above and beyond fixing that issue in my apartment! He handled everything quickly, professionally, and with an awesome attitude. Not only did he get the job done perfectly, but he also made sure everything was clean and working better than before. I had a great experience from scheduling the tour to meeting Nick for my appointment. Nick was amazing and helpful the throughout the whole process. I hit a snag and called the office and ended up coming in to take care of things in person the same day. Elizabeth and the manager handled things beautifully and I was in and out with no worries. I highly recommend this property for their expertise and excellent customer service.

Where to begin?! Well let’s start at the END! When I moved out of the Avanti Apartments, they kept my security deposit and billed me nearly $900 additional charges they say I caused in damages to the apartment I lived in! I will accept the $250 charge for a broken mirror which should come out of my deposit. But as for the additional charges? NO! When you move into the apartments, they give you a form for you to note any issues with the apartment, similar to the steps you take when you rent a car…. I made sure to not EVERY minor scratch, dent or bend in a blind… the apartment had not been cleaned…. There were stains on the kitchen walls, scratches, Knick, cuts, on the kitchen counters where you can see whoever lived their prior did not use a cutting board…. The counter top was falling apart

I regret moving into Avanti. The management here is abysmal, routinely making false promises and failing to address critical issues. Being consistently dishonest and unsympathetic. The property is in dire need of maintenance & updating, with countless problems going unresolved for months. The apartment is infested with bugs, no effective measures have been taken to resolve this issue. The amenities, which were a major selling point, are in a state of disrepair and practically useless.The computer room is unusable, with broken chairs and computers, adding to the list of unfulfilled promises. The mandatory valet trash service is an extra cost and a constant frustration, with trash rarely being picked up on time. I’ve loved living here! Great location, clean amenities, and the pool is a great. The neighbors are kind and it’s always quiet. But the staff is what makes this place next-level. HUGE shoutout to Matt and Nick. Matt is caring, approachable, and always goes above and beyond. Nick brings the best energy and makes every interaction enjoyable. They’ve made living here such a great experience! They’re the reason I tell my friends Avanti the best apartment complex in Vegas.
